- Description: Project scope includes aeration basins with reinforced concrete, aeration and mixing equipment, air and process piping, plant water, gates, valves, handrails, electrical, and appurtenances. Work also includes a blower/electrical building with concrete, pre-engineered steel structure, blowers, air piping, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Clarifiers include reinforced concrete, mechanical equipment, weirs, baffles, handrails, plant water, and electrical. The RAS/WAS pump station includes reinforced concrete, pumps, piping, valves, grating, electrical, and a pre-engineered canopy. Disinfection facilities include a reinforced concrete contact chamber, pre-engineered building, tanks, gates, regulators, scales, hoists, chemical feed and injector piping, plant water, and electrical. The plant water system includes reinforced concrete, hydropneumatic tank, pumps, filters, piping, valves, and a steel shelter. Aerobic digesters and sludge handling facilities include reinforced concrete structures, air and sludge piping, pumps, valves, aeration and mixing equipment, presses, polymer feed, handrails, and appurtenances. The project also includes motor control center and site electrical systems with SCADA, standby power, lighting, and an office/lab building with complete architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and furnished finishes.
