    • Description: This project involved replacing the influent and effluent piping, installing a new monorail, a new catwalk, coating all piping, replacing all necessary valves, and adding a 400′ drain line on top of the clear well. This project came with many challenges that ACP had to plan for and overcome. ACP had to meticulously plan around a tight schedule of 3 months the get the work done due to the city’s required schedule. The greatest challenge involved planning extensive multiple shutdowns that came back to back, requiring that there were no delays. This became even more complex once the shutdowns began. The piping has been in place for many years resulting in substantial debris in the existing pipe to tie into, and no one, including the city, knew what piping was underground. ACP moved though these issues jointly working with the engineer and owner for a successful project.
