Sludge Dewatering and Disposal at Lewisville, TX Water Treatment Plant:
This project consisted of excavation, dewatering, and disposal of over 4000 cubic yards of sludge from 3 different sludge lagoons, installation of approximately 500 feet of sludge line, precast valve vault, manhole and magnetic sludge meter. This project was completed without disrupting any of the everyday treatment plant operations and was completed at a cost of approximately $225,000.

Sludge Dewatering and Disposal at Commerce, TX Wastewater Treatment Plant:
This project consisted of dewatering and disposal of approximately 1750 cubic yards of biosolids / sludge from two equalization basins. The dewatering work consisted of submersible pumps and a portable filter press. This project was done in conjunction with the installation of new, permanent dewatering equipment, replacement of over 19 manholes on the city's wastewater transmission line and over 375 ft of dry auger bores in different locations throughout the city.
Manhole Replacements for The City Of Commerce, TX:
This project consisted of replacing numerous live manholes throught out different locations in Commerce, TX. The new manholes were cast in place and were done on sewer line sizes ranging anywhere from 12 inches to 20 inches. The total cost of this project was over $700,000.
The Reserve at Deerfield:
This project was a multi-tasked residential development that included a complete site work package and the complete installation and hookup of all utilities; including water, sewer, and dry utilities, to serve an upscale 32 lot subdivision. The project was over $600,000.00 and was completed on time and under budget.
City of Jourdanton Waste Water Treatment Plant, Lift Station Rehabilitation:
Project included station demolition, piping, bypass, and new pump installations. This project was taken under emergency conditions, crews worked around the clock and the project was completed in less than 72 hours.
Gathering Oaks Business Park:
Complete site work package, New Building Construction and installation of underground utilities; including water, sewer, sewer lift stations and communication installations. The Mechanical and Utility portion of this project was over $500,000.00 and was completed nearly 90 days ahead of schedule. The new tilt-wall building construction (phase 1 of 4) was over $1,150,000.00, was sold during construction and completed 30 days ahead of schedule.
SAWS Texas Research Park Transfer Main Lift Station Modification Project: SAWS Job #04‐2505:
On this project, work Specifically included demolition of 4 existing structures (pumps, lift stations, concrete, Steel Tanks, lead), installation of new concrete pads, concrete pump pads, piping and pump installations, Wet Well modifications and installations and etc. This project was approximately $250,000.00 in size and was completed 60 days ahead of schedule.
SAWS Lost Lane Standpipe, University Hills Pump Station, Hunters Chase Lift Station and Lift Station NO.152; SAWS Job #s 07‐0100 and 07‐6010:
The scope of work on this project included; demolition of multiple existing structures (pumps, lift stations, concrete, Steel Tanks, lead), installation of new concrete pads, piping modifications and installations and etc. Project was approximately $280,000.00 in size. The project was completed without change orders and almost 90 days ahead of schedule.
Blanco Crossings Unit III (The Gardens at Greystone):
This project was a multi‐Tasked development which included a complete site work package and the complete installation and hookup of all utilities; including water, sewer, sewer lift stations and communication installations, and amenities package to serve a luxury 43 lot residential subdivision. Additionally this project included 3 different bores one of which was 23’ deep. This project was over $700,000.00 and was completed approximately 45 days ahead of schedule.
Fair Oaks Crossing:
This development includes a complete site work package, installation of all underground utilities; including water and sewer distribution lines, waste water treatment systems, water well and water treatment systems and communication installations. The scope also included the construction of a 17, 000 SF tilt-wall building shell. The project was completed on time in July of 2008. The site work portion of the project was over $150,000.00, with the building totaling approximately $2,400,000.00
Facility Rehabilitation at the TxDOT Storage & Service Station Building:
The scope of this project included; selective demolition, metal and wood stud framing, and approximately 5,000 SF of metal siding. Project was completed in May 2008, approximately 60 days ahead of schedule. Project Size; $68,000.00
Chilled Water Extension 08C‐071, Northwest Vista College; Alamo Community College District:
This project included the Installation of 2,200 LF of 8” pre‐insulated chilled water line, and a 15 ton concrete vault. Associated Construction Partners management team worked with the owners and consultants on this project to resolve several major design issues encountered at the beginning of the task. Construction was delayed for 2 months; however ACP still managed to bring the project in on budget and 60 days ahead of schedule. The site was very challenging in that ACP was required to perform major excavation and installation of the line within the perimeter of an active college campus. Projects Size, Approximately $300,000.00, Completed September 2008.
North Blanco Business Park, Lot 8:
Complete site work package, New Building Construction and installation of underground utilities; including water, sewer, and communication installations. The Mechanical and Utility portion of this project was over $200,000.00 and was completed nearly 45 days ahead of schedule. The new tilt-wall building construction was over $1,750,000.00, and completed 30 days ahead of schedule.
Evanswood Commercial Subdivision:
This project is a multi‐tasked 6.6 acre 3 lot commercial development which includes a complete site work package and the complete installation and hookup of all utilities/drainage; including water (50’ bore to connect), sewer, HDPE underground drainage, concrete drainage structures, 7,000 SF Water Quality Control Basin, and communication installations. This project budget is over $1,400,000.00 and will be completed November, 2008 at which time ACP will begin construction on over 200,000 SF of commercial buildings onsite.
