Login via FTP software
The most reliable way to log into the FTP server is to use an FTP Client. A number of free FTP software programs are available for download on the internet. Although we neither endorse nor recommend any particular software, some free FTP Clients are: Core FTP (for Windows), FileZilla (for Windows), and Cyberduck (for Mac).
To configure your FTP client, use the following settings:
FTP Username: user@acpartners.org - be sure to substitute your username for "user"
FTP Server: ftp.acpartners.org
FTP Server Port: 21
SFTP Server Port: 22

Alternative Login (Internet Explorer)
As a last option, you can log into the FTP server via Internet Explorer by typing the FTP address directly in your browser's address bar. The format of the address that you will need to enter in Internet Explorer is:
ftp://user@acpartners.org
This will open up a dialog box asking for your Username and password. You will need to enter the full user name (user@acpartners.org) and the appropriate password. You will then be able to drag and drop files to and from the IE window.
